Professor Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, President of National Legislative Assembly of the Kingdom of Thailand (NLA), and his delegation visited Kenya on 2-5 February 2019 upon the invitation of Honorable John Kiari, Kenya's Member of Parliament and President of the World Scout Parliamentary Union-Kenya (WSPD). During the visit, Professor Pornpetch had meeting with H.E. Mr. William Ruto, Deputy President of Kenya and Honorable Mr. Moses Cheboi, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya, among others. On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor, Ambassador of Thailand to Kenya, hosted a dinner in honour of the delegation on 2 February 2019.

          ศาสตราจารย์พิเศษพรเพชร วิชิตชลชัย ประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ และคณะ เยือนสาธารณรัฐเคนยาระหว่างวันที่ 2-5 กุมภาพันธ์ 2562 ตามคำเชิญของนาย John Kiari สมาชิกรัฐสภาสาธารณรัฐเคนยา ในฐานะประธานสหภาพลูกเสือรัฐสภาเคนยา โดยในโอกาสการเยือนดังกล่าว ประธานสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติได้พบหารือกับนาย William Ruto รองประธานาธิบดีเคนยา และนาย Moses Cheboi รองประธานสภาผู้แทนราษฎรเคนยา รวมทั้งหารือกับองค์กรต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับลูกเสือของเคนยา และนายเชิดเกียรติ อัตถากร เอกอัครราชทูตไทยประจำเคนยา ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำเพื่อเป็นเกียรติแก่คณะ เมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2562
